Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BarDown ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

User-Generated Content

BarDown allows users to post messages, photos, videos, and other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or transmit through the App.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:

• Hate speech — Content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Harassment or bullying — Content intended to intimidate, threaten, or demean another person.
• Sexually explicit material — Pornographic or sexually explicit images, videos, or text.
• Violent or graphic content — Depictions of extreme violence, gore, or content that glorifies violence.
• Illegal activity — Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities.
• Spam or fraud — Unsolicited advertising, phishing, scams, or deceptive content.
• Impersonation — Content that misrepresents your identity or falsely claims affiliation with another person or organization.

Content Moderation

BarDown provides tools for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users. Team managers have the ability to review reported content and take appropriate action within their teams.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use within 24 hours of being reported or discovered. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your credentials secure — Do not share your password with others.
• Provide accurate information — Do not create accounts with false or misleading information.
• Report unauthorized access — Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use without prior notice.

Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Game statistics and historical records may be retained in anonymized form.

Intellectual Property

The BarDown name, logo, and all associated intellectual property are owned by BarDown. You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant BarDown a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the App as necessary to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BarDown is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarDown and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
